These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") a cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in advanced penetration testing services (Web, API, etc.).

By engaging our services or using our website, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.

1.1. Description of Services:

We provide professional cybersecurity services, including but not limited to, web application penetration testing, API penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. Our services are performed by certified researchers who simulate cyberattacks to identify and report security vulnerabilities.

1.2. Client Obligations:

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the assets to be tested.

• Grant us the necessary access and permissions to perform the services within the agreed-upon scope.

• Acknowledge that our services are designed to identify vulnerabilities and, as such, there is an inherent risk of service disruption or data loss, for which the Client assumes all responsibility.

• Not to use our services for any illegal or malicious purposes.

  
  

1.3. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the engagement as confidential. We will not disclose any information about the Client's systems or vulnerabilities to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

1.4. Deliverables:

Upon completion of the engagement, we will provide a detailed report outlining all identified vulnerabilities, their severity, and actionable remediation steps. The Client acknowledges that this report is confidential and for internal use only.

1.5. Limitation of Liability:

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our testing will find all vulnerabilities, as new threats emerge constantly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

1.6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bareilly, U.P, India.

Shipping Policy

Given that we are a cybersecurity consulting firm providing digital services, there are no physical products to ship. This policy outlines how our digital deliverables are provided.

2.1. Deliverable Delivery All final reports and deliverables are provided to the Client electronically, typically via a secure, password-protected portal or a secure email link.

2.2. Delivery Timeline The delivery timeline for the final report is specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) or the service agreement signed before the commencement of the engagement.

2.3. No Physical Shipping Please note that you will not receive any physical shipment or tracking number.

Cancellation and Refunds

This Cancellation and Refunds Policy governs the cancellation of our professional services.

3.1. Service Cancellation A Client may cancel a service engagement by providing written notice to info@radar36.com.

• Pre-Engagement Cancellation: If the service is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment may be provided, subject to the terms of the signed service agreement.

• Mid-Engagement Cancellation: If the service is canceled after the commencement of the project, the Client will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining advance payment will be refunded, or an invoice will be issued for the balance due.

  
  

3.2. Refunds Given the nature of our consulting services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• No Refunds for Completed Work: Refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been completed, as the service (i.e., the time and expertise of our team) has already been rendered.

• Issues with Deliverables: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our report or service, please contact us at info@radar36.com to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues in a reasonable manner, which may include re-testing or report revisions, as per the signed agreement.
