Welcome to Radar 36, a white-label cybersecurity delivery, reporting, and management platform operated by RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd., located at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India – 243006.
Radar 36 is designed for cybersecurity consulting firms, security teams, and service providers to productize, manage, and deliver their security services through a unified, multi-tenant platform. By registering on the platform, organizations can onboard as independent tenants and access a secure, isolated environment (via dedicated subdomains or custom domains) to manage their internal workflows, security findings, and client-facing deliverables.
The platform enables organizations to:
Standardize and manage vulnerability reporting workflows
Deliver branded (white-labeled) dashboards and reports to their clients
Collaborate across internal teams such as analysts, reviewers, and administrators
Provide clients with structured visibility into security findings and risk posture
Radar 36 acts strictly as a technology platform and infrastructure layer that facilitates the organization, presentation, and management of security data. It does not perform security testing, validation, or remediation, and all underlying security assessments are conducted independently by the respective organizations using the platform.
Each tenant operates in a logically isolated environment and is solely responsible for:
The data uploaded or generated within their workspace
The accuracy and validity of security findings
Their interactions and contractual relationships with their end clients
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Platform”: Radar 36 software, dashboards, APIs, and infrastructure
“Company”: RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd.
“User”: Any individual accessing the platform
“Organization / Tenant”: A registered entity using Radar 36
“End Client”: Clients of a Tenant
“Security Data”: Vulnerabilities, reports, findings, and related data
“Services”: Platform capabilities provided by Radar 36
2. PLATFORM NATURE AND ROLE
Radar 36 is a technology platform only, providing:
Reporting infrastructure
Workflow management
Data aggregation and visualization
White-labeled client delivery systems
❗ Radar 36 does NOT:
Perform penetration testing or scanning
Validate or verify vulnerabilities
Provide remediation services
Guarantee security outcomes
All security activities are conducted independently by Users or third parties.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Platform, you:
Agree to these Terms
Confirm authority to represent your Organization
Agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & TENANT ACCESS
Organizations must register to create a Tenant account
Each Tenant is provided:
A secure, isolated environment
Access via subdomain and/or custom domain
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
All activity under their accounts
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
5. AUTHORIZED USE
You agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Upload only authorized and legitimate data
Ensure you have rights to all assets and systems referenced
You must NOT:
Conduct unauthorized security testing
Upload malicious or misleading data
Attempt to bypass or compromise platform security
6. TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Each Tenant is solely responsible for:
Accuracy of all reports and findings
Authorization for any security testing conducted
Communication and contractual obligations with End Clients
Proper configuration of access and permissions
Radar 36 is not responsible for disputes between Tenants and their clients.
7. DATA OWNERSHIP & USAGE
Tenants retain ownership of their Security Data
Radar 36 acts as a data processor and infrastructure provider
The Company may:
Store and process data to operate the platform
Use anonymized and aggregated data for improvements
The Company will NOT:
Sell or commercially exploit Tenant data
8. DATA SECURITY
Radar 36 implements reasonable security practices including:
Logical tenant isolation
Access control mechanisms
Secure infrastructure practices
However:
No system is completely secure
Users acknowledge inherent cybersecurity risks
9. WHITE-LABEL & CUSTOM DOMAIN USAGE
Radar 36 enables:
White-labeled dashboards
Custom domain mapping
Tenants are responsible for:
Branding accuracy
Content presented to End Clients
Radar 36 is not liable for:
Misrepresentation by Tenants
Claims made under white-labeled environments
10. REPORTING DISCLAIMER
All reports generated:
Are based solely on data provided by Users
Reflect external tools or manual inputs
Radar 36 does NOT guarantee:
Accuracy of findings
Completeness of coverage
Compliance with any security standard
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights related to:
Platform technology
Architecture
UI/UX
Features and workflows
Belong exclusively to RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not:
Reverse engineer
Copy or replicate features
Build competing products using the Platform
12. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
The Platform may integrate with:
External security tools
APIs
Cloud services
The Company is not responsible for:
Third-party data accuracy
Failures or breaches in external systems
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive for high availability but do NOT guarantee:
Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation
Downtime may occur due to:
Maintenance
Infrastructure issues
Security upgrades
14. FEES & PAYMENTS
(if applicable)
Access to certain features may require payment
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
The Company may revise pricing with prior notice
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd. shall NOT be liable for:
Inaccurate or incomplete reports
Business losses or damages
Client disputes
Data loss or breaches involving third parties
Total liability is limited to fees paid for the current month (if any).
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADARX36 Pvt. Ltd. from:
Claims arising from misuse
Unauthorized testing activities
Legal disputes with End Clients
17. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to:
Protect confidential information
Not disclose sensitive data without consent
18. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Illegal or suspicious activity is detected
Security risks arise
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Governed by the laws of India
Jurisdiction: Courts of Uttar Pradesh, India
20. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to:
Natural disasters
Cyber attacks
Government actions
Infrastructure outages
21. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
